The purchasing of products, available as illustrated in the Product Sheet, is made by the Buyer at the price indicated. Verbal or telephone orders need to be placed in written confirmation by the Order Form. For the Buyer comes the obligation to collect and pay for the ordered goods at the time of sending the order, if not canceled within 2 working days from receipt of the Order Confirmation (ref. to "Cancellation" paragraph below). Orders will be acquired as long as the availability and will be considered purchased after our confirmation (sending of the Confirmation Order). The order is only accepted if confirmed in writing by the Order Confirmation. We reserve, at our own discretion the right to accept or reject orders, as well the right to accept orders subject to Buyer verification.
In the Order Confirmation sent to the Buyer it will be summarized the unit cost of each item selected, the total cost if buying multiple items, any shipping costs, any additional services requested (see page shipments), the total amount of taxes and the details of selected payment method. The Buyer will be required to check the Order Confirmation and notify us promptly in writing if errors in the input data are found, or omissions about personal details or tax data. Failing, will be deemed valid those contained in the Order Confirmation and we will be free from all liability. Subsequently, the Buyer will be contacted to be informed of the date of the withdrawal or delivery of the order (in accordance with the request if is made ex works or delivered). The order is placed on "Approval", proceeding it with the order process the business day following the forwarding of the Ordder Confirmation (if paying on withdrawal of the goods), or the business day following the accreditation confirmation of payment (if paying by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal). The order cancellation is possible until the time it is not in "Preparation" in our warehouse, within 2 working days from the date of issuance of the Order Confirmation. After that date, the order cannot be cancelled.
Delivery times may vary according to the internal organization and we are not responsible for damages created by delivery delays. The times specified on the how it works page are indicative and subjected to any conditions that may preclude or delay the normal process of production and delivery of goods. We do not accept liability or penalties for late or non delivery. We are not required to respond with compensation whatsoever for any direct or indirect damages due to delivery delays. We reserve, in our sole discretion, the right to process your order on time.
The sales prices shown in the STOCK CHAIRS online price list differ according to the quantity of order and are always ex works and always without VAT. At the price of the product will then be added, besides any shipments costs, any applicable duties, taxes and other charges by the competent authorities where the amount of which varies according to the final destination. We reserve the right to apply any different rates and charges as required by law in force on delivered country, which is the sole responsibility of Buyer.
Validity of prices
The sale prices of items in collection are regularly updated by our Team and are subjected to change without notice. We reserve the right to revise prices indicated in the STOCK CHAIRS online price list in proportion to fluctuations in costs of raw material and production costs. The price is in effect at the time of sending the order. By submitting the order, the Buyer will block any increase in price that the product could suffer consecutively the forwarding. Therefore, sales prices are locked at the time of order. We reserve the right to change sale prices without notice or obligation.
Items in promotion
Periodically, we put in promotion some items of the collection in the "Promotional" section of the home page of STOCK CHAIRS website and/or in the STOCK CHAIRS Newsletter. The products included in the offer are intended in promotion in a fixed term. The offer expires at the time of removing those products from that section and until stocks are exhausted. We reserve the right to change the current offer selling price, to replace and/or delete the "Promotional" item without notice.
By purchasing the goods, the Buyer may choose one of the payment methods available (see payments). The order will be accompanied by payment, made before shipment, if not selected in the Order Form the payment method upon withdrawal. Payment must be made by the Buyer through the use of one of the methods described in the Order Confirmation. In the case of ex works term, the payment can be made in cash or with a cashier's check at the warehouse loading, in full at the time of collecting the order. In the case of banking transactions, all costs of bank charges will be paid by the Buyer.
Credit card payments
We assure the Buyer that during the time of the purchasing process we will not be able to know information about the credit card, as they are typed directly on the website of the bank handling the transaction which ensures maximum reliability, confidentiality and protecyion due to the system security SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The amount for the ordered goods will be automatically charged to the Buyer's credit card at the time of the payment. The data relating to the credit card information are transmitted only to our bank. No one will be aware of such information in any way. In no event we shall be liable for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by a third party, when paying for products purchased on STOCK CHAIRS website.
In case of purchase through the PayPal payment method, the Buyer may proceed with the settlement upon receipt of our Order Confirmation. The amount of the order may be charged from the STOCK CHAIRS payments page directly to the PayPal login page. For each transaction made via PayPal, the Buyer will receive a confirmation notification.
The order is confirmed automatically after 2 working days from the date of the Order Confirmation. In the case of ex works purchase, we will act as soon as possible to prepare the ordered goods, compatibly with the production time. The ordered goods, if not available, will be put on hold to the total availability. Once the order is ready, we will contact the Buyer to fix an approximate date of loading. The Buyer will be required to collect the goods as indicated in the storages page. After that date, we will not be required to respond with compensation whatsoever for any direct or indirect damages due to delays in the withdrawal or the partial or total cancellation of the supply. We do not accept liability for any penalties or circumstances that may preclude or delay the normal process of supply and production of goods.
At the request of the Buyer, goods can be delivered to your door. In the event of delivered term we will act as soon as possible to the delivery of ordered products by the Buyer, to the address indicated on the order. The cost for the transportation and any other shipment costs will be disclosed at the time of the Order Confirmation. As soon as the goods will be available for loading, we will arrange transportation and we will fix an approximate date of delivery, consistent with the delivery times stated by the carrier or courier. The Buyer will be required to collect the goods as soon as the carrier or courier will arrive at the destination, by performing the common unloading of goods. The uloading must be done quickly and properly by the Buyer (if not required the delivery to the house level). Terms of delivery specified in the Order Confirmation is approximate and not binding in any way, we are not required to respond with compensation whatsoever for any direct or indirect damages due to delivery delays. We do not accept liability for any penalties or circumstances that may preclude or delay the normal process of supply, production and delivery of goods. If goods are not collected by the Buyer the latter shall bear the storage charges applied by the carrier responsible for the delivery. Any delay in delivery can not give rise to liability or right of indemnity of any kind. We reserve the right to deliver the required products with multiple shipments in a single order.
All the circumstances that may delay delivery not attributable to us which, in particular, strikes, labor disputes, extraordinary weather conditions, floods, earthquakes, disasters, interruption of transport and energy supplies, provisions of the Public Administration, they all exempt us from any liability due to the delay.
Changing the term
If the Buyer believes that the cost of transportation included in the Order Confirmation is inconvenient and would like to cancel the delivered term organizing by his own or through his forwarding agent, thereby changing the term of the order from delivered to ex works, he will have 2 working days from the date of the Order Confirmation to inform us on the delivery revocation.
If the delivered term is required, we will arrange deliveries by carriers or couriers at the lowest price possible. It is possible to calculate the cost of the transport of one or more products in the shipments page. The delivered shipping term by whatever vehicle it's carried out, travels on behalf of, risk, danger and expense of the Buyer. The shipment of goods is carried out by the most appropriate vehicle, unless otherwise indicated by the Buyer which shall bear any additional costs due to different methods of delivery. In case of deficiency or damage during shipment, the Buyer may notify us via the Complaints Form as provided by the STOCK CHAIRS Customer Support. Any damage caused by transportation or discrepancies in the CMR transport document must be reported during uloading in the same transport document. Failing that we will not accept charges for missing goods or returns of damaged goods due to transportation.
Subject to the provisions of Italian law, the Buyer will send the invoice via email. No paper copy will be sent. The invoice that the Buyer will find attached to the email, must be printed and kept for all the necessary legal formalities, as required by DPR 633/72 (next changes) and the resolution of the Ministero delle Finanze PROT.450217 July 30, 1990.
Availability of goods
The order, if not available a whole, will be put on hold until the full availability. In the event that an item is not available, the Buyer shall be promptly notified by our Customer Support. In the case of stocks depletion of a particular item of the order, the Buyer can decide whether to delete the item from the order, cancel the order or replace the item with another taken from the collection. Generally our warehouses are always stocked with merchandise, but it could arise that the required amount of some items is greater than the supply of stocks. In addition, there are times of year when bookings exceed capacity. We will communicate to the Buyer any timing and availability of merchandise of his ordered items.

If during the opening of the boxes the Buyer finds out that the product is not what ordered, in model or color, or if during assembling the Buyer becomes aware that the product has some imperfections or discovers that a component of the product is missing, we are committed to replace the material without charging any other expenses, if this anomaly has been established and recognized by our Customer Support. We disclaim any responsibility for damage caused by improper use of products sold and we exempt any liability for any direct or indirect damages caused by the quality of the product assembly. Complaints, returns and replacements
The condition and the number of boxes must be checked at the time of delivery and damages, shortages, anomalies resulting from transportation, or discrepancies in the CMR transport document, will be disputes by the Buyer on the transport document itself at the time of unloading. Otherwise, the Buyer will declare to have received the goods in good condition and charges will not be accepted for missing goods or returned damaged goods due to transportation. Any complaints on purchased goods must be challenged at the time of recognition and must be reported using the Complaints Form, as indicated by our Customer Support. No claims will be accepted if not notified by the Complaints Form and subsequently to the date indicated. Charges, returns or requests for replacement of goods are not accepted, if not previously authorized in writing by our Customer Service. Any return or replacement of goods can take place only if previously authorized and will be accepted only requests accompanied by the Complaints Form. We reserve the right to decide about the extent of the deficiency and the subsequent replacement of the goods.
The number of items contained in each package (in each box) is mandatory for the order. Therefore, we will not process orders lower than the minimum quantity for packing, or less than the minimum quantity required for that particular article. Products in collection are subject to a continuous process of development and change. We reserve the right to change at our discretion specifications, design and conditions of sale, or delete models without notice. Furthermore, we disclaim any responsibility or liability for any errors or incorrect information reported in the STOCK CHAIRS online catalog.
