If you wish to withdraw your order ex works, once the order is on PREPARATION (see how it works) you receive a notice by email with the address where to collect the goods. You'll answer telling us day and time the withdrawal which is more convenient for you. You can ask us for an appointment to pick up the goods also through our Contact Form below, by writing a message with subject "goods withdrawal".
We are open for loading from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 a.m. and 02:00 to 05:00 p.m.. Book an appointment!
