HERE'S HOW IT WORKS THE BUYING PROCESS

STOCK CHAIRS is your ideal partner to guarantee reliability, transparency and ease of purchase!

We have divided the STOCK CHAIRS buying process in five easy steps, so the procedures and times are clear, also to bring to the attention everything that happens from time of order to the day of collection of the goods (if your order is ex works) or to delivery of the goods (if your order is delivered).

EX WORKS PURCHASES
FILLING
  To order the goods you must specify the Article Code and quantity... 
  Write down the Article Code from the Product Sheet of the variant chosen. 
  Please note the minimum quantity and multiples thereof. 
  Fill out the Order Form by entering all the required fields. 
  Digit the Item Code into the appropriate field and the corresponding quantity. 
  Do the same if your order consists of multiple articles. 
  Choose your payment method. 


ORDER
  Send us your order using the online Order Form, or by fax. 
  Let us examine the order the next working day following your submission. 
  Receive our Order Confirmation which includes taxes, plus details for payment and with the address for the collection of goods. 
  Please contact us if you find any errors on your data in the Order Confirmation, or if you wish to cancel the order. 
Timing: 1-2 working days.


APPROVAL
  The order will be processed the next business day of the payment accreditation confermation in the account. If you choose to pay at the time of the collection of goods, the confirmation is automatic. 
  Otherwise, this is the time to make payment in one of the preferred methods. 
  The order is booked under your name at our warehouse. 
Timing: Depends on your payment timeliness and duration of transactions, given that the timing of bank credit depends on the circuit used. Usually 3-5 working days if the payment is made on the same day of the Order Confirmation.


PREPARATION
  We find products in our warehouse, we check them and label them on your behalf. 
  We contact you by email informing about the date when the goods are ready. 
Timing: Usually 2-3 working days.






AVAILABLE
  Goods booked are now ready for collection. You have 15 working days to collect your order. 
  Please email us for an appointment to pick up the goods. 
  We send you the invoice by email.

DELIVERED PURCHASES
FILLING

  The order will be processed the next business day of the accreditation confermation of the payment in the account. If you choose to pay at the time of the collection of goods, the confirmation is automatic. 
  Otherwise, this is the time to make payment in one of the preferred methods.

  We find products in our warehouse, we check them and label them on your behalf. 
  We arrange delivery with our shipping agent. 
Timing: Usually 2-3 working days.






DISPATCH
  You will be noticed by email directly by the carrier about the date of delivery. 
  If required, you will be contacted by telephone directly by the carier for delivery time arrangements. You will have 5 working days to collect your order. See shipments for more details on delivery. 
  We send you the invoice by email. 
Timing: Usually 4-9 working days (it depends on the country of destination).
 
    DETAILS ON THE 
PURCHASE PROCESS 
TRANSIT TIME     

All times shown are average! The collecting times may vary to a maximum period of 10 working days while delivery times may vary to a maximum period of 19 working days (see shipments for more details). For shipments outside Europe, these days may extend for some days, up to a maximum of 5 working days. Timing is constrained by product type, the current stock availability, status of production and the place of delivery... consequently, these times are approximate and may be advanced or delayed. We do not accept liability or penalties for late delivery. Unfortunately it is not possible to establish the precise time for each product as it also depends on the ordering time and your timeliness on payment. For payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal, the time may be delayed because the order is placed on "PREPARATION" upon accreditation confirmation (see payments for more details). However, existing orders are checked every day and if there are delays on your order, you will be promptly informed of the situation.


We like to promise less to offer more! You will have read above that the goods may be collected within 10 working days, delivered in Italy within 15 working days, or delivered abroad by up to 20 working days, but usually we do it the same day we receive the payment confirmation! All deliveries are made with an advance notice by email. You will be contacted by email at least 24 hours before delivery! If necessary, you can also ask the telephone notice for delivery by appointment (service fee). See the shipments section for more details.



    
WHY WE SEND THE ORDER CONFIRMATION TO YOU?    

Because we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Once the order is submitted, you will be confirmed so you can check if it matches exactly on what you want. In the Order Confirmation you will find the list of articles and quantities, the total number of packages, the total volume of the goods, the amount for the transportation, the amount of taxes and if any customs fee. Moreover, details of the costs for additional services that you have requested such as delivery to house level and the telephone appointment notice. Besides the prices, in the Order Confirmation you can check whether all the data are correct. We recommend you to check carefully the billing and shipping address! If within 2 working days from receipt of the Order Confirmation, we will not be advised with the appropriate corrections, we'll consider correct the data entered. If the data are correct, we do not need your confirmation: it is automatic! If, after receiving the Order Confirmation, you prefer to cancel your order, you can do it within these 2 working days (when your order in still on"ORDER" status).
