Purchasing STOCK CHAIRS products is easy and safe. Prices shown in the STOCK CHAIRS price list are quoted without VAT and are ex works from our warehouses in the province of Udine, Italy.
Once the order is forwarded you will receive our Order Confirmation where you will find the total amount of your order, plus taxes and costs for shipments if delivered term is requested. Buy online with confidence!
If you have a PayPal access you can pay online with a debit to your bank account, on a prepaid card or credit card. PayPal is the safest way to buy online! You can set up a profile to access the PayPal service in a simple and secure way. Everything you need is an email address! If you purchase through this method of payment, go to the PayPal login page after receipt of the Order Confirmation and enter the total amount of the order in the field "Prezzo Oggetto", as indicated in the Order Confirmation. The order will be processed following the accreditation confirmation on our bank account.
WITH CREDIT CARD
In case of purchasing with a credit card payment, the bank shall be authorized to automatically debit only the amount of your purchase. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Aura. You can pay online directly through your PayPal account, with debit your credit card. You do not have a PayPal account? Setting up a profile to access the service is easy and safe. Everything you need is an email address! Login to PayPal login page upon receipt of the Order Confirmation, select the preferred credit card and enter the total amount of the order in the field "Prezzo Oggetto", as indicated in the Order Confirmation. The order will be processed following the accreditation confirmation on our bank account.
BANK TRANSFER IN ADVANCE
In case of purchasing with payment via Bank Transfer, anticipating the total amount of the invoice, the order is held until receipt of proof of funds in our bank account (to speed it up we recommend to send us by fax or email the deposit slip). The payment must be made no later than 15 working days from the date of the Order Confirmation, after which the order is deemed automatically canceled. You can pay upon receipt of the Order Confirmation. The order will be processed following the accreditation confirmation on our bank account. Remember that the data of the Bank Transfer must include your Name and Surname or Company Name, along with the number of your Order Confirmation!

Warning: make sure the amount to be credited is net of any bank charges! Check any fees charged by your bank! The actual transfer provided must match the total amount of the Order Confirmation, without any curtailment.
WITHDRAWAL OF THE GOODS
In case of ex works purchases from our warehouses in the province of Udine, payment is due upon collecting the goods directly to our Team. Please pay with cash money as specified in the Order Confirmation (exact amount is required, it's no possibile for us to give you the rest) if the order value does not exceed 1.000 Euro, or by cashier's check made out to T.R.P. Sas with no amount limit (in no case bank checks will be accepted). Warning: we load orders by appointment only! Contact us and request us an appointment to pick up the goods.
